Criminal Investigations----$2500.00
$85.00 an hour rate (gives you about 30 hours of investigations), plus IRS standard mileage reimbursement (50.5 cent per mile), plus actual cost and expenses for each investigator authorized by the client. The hourly rate plus cost and expenses will be deducted from the retainer.

Civil Investigations (including surveillance)----$2500.00

Process Service Rates:
$100.00 -Basic in-county process service to one individual at residential/work address
$125- Basic in-county with first attempt required in 72 hours
$150- RUSH service with 4 hours
$55.00-Additional papers (spouse at same address if available at same time)
$100.00-Protective Order or TRO's (same RUSH service as above)
ALRs-$100 for basic in-county
ALRs-$125 for first attempt within 72 hours ALRs-RUSH same day service
$35.00 -Extra out of County
$10.00 -Subpoena + Witness fee
$25.00-Bad address EACH/Address Search
$25.00 -Courthouse pickup
