Jade Joplin is the Owner and Manager of Joplin Private Investigations, a firm he founded in 2008 with the goal of providing effective and professional investigative services to meet a wide range of client needs. With extensive experience in both state and federal courts, Jade has worked with numerous high-profile clients, allowing him to fully pursue his passion for helping individuals through investigative solutions.
Jade is former TECLOSE-certified officer, a graduate of Lakeview Centennial High School and The Collin County Law Enforcement Academy.
He has been married to his wife, Heather, for 32 years, and together they have three daughters. In his spare time, Jade enjoys boating, snow skiing, and motocross.
Heather Joplin is a seasoned investigator and certified process server with Joplin Private Investigations. She played a pivotal role in helping her husband, Jade, establish the firm in 2008. Heather’s in-depth knowledge of the law, combined with her investigative expertise, allows her to provide exceptional service to clients, treating each case with the utmost care and attention.
A native of Rockwall County, Heather graduated from Rockwall High School and continues to reside in Rockwall with her husband. Outside of her professional work, Heather enjoys traveling, spending quality time with her family, and spoiling her grandchildren.
Alyssa Joplin Piland is an investigator and account manager at Joplin Private Investigations. With graduating from University of North Texas with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice with a minor in Forensics, makes her an integral part of our investigation firm. Her knowledge of forensics, legal systems, criminal law, and investigative techniques, allows her to approach each case with a comprehensive and well-informed perspective and enhances her ability to analyze evidence, identify critical details, and apply scientific methods to investigations. Her educational foundation equips her to navigate complex cases, making her an essential asset to our team.
Alyssa is a native of Rockwall County, where she graduated from Rockwall High School. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, reading, racing dirt bikes, and spending time with her children, teaching them the how to love the outdoors.
Zachary Piland, also known as Zac, has been an investigator with Joplin Private Investigations for 12 years, known for his exceptional attention to detail, his professionalism, and ability to adapt to complex investigative challenges make him an indispensable member of our team.
A proud U.S. Navy veteran, Zac served aboard the aircraft carrier USS Lincoln. A native of Collin County, he graduated from Blue Ridge High School.
Outside of his professional work, Zac enjoys spending time with his family, sharing his passion for the outdoors with his children. His hobbies include riding bikes, four-wheelers, and motorcycles, working with farm animals, traveling, and enjoying outdoor activities such as swimming and campfires.
Virginia Fernandez Kimbrough, also known as Vicky, is an investigator with Joplin Private Investigations. Vicky’s bilingualism is a significant asset to our investigation firm. Her ability to communicate with Spanish-speaking individuals has proven valuable asset in conducting thorough interviews, gathering witness statements, and navigating documents in both languages. Vicky’s linguistic skills not only enhance our ability to gather critical information but also ensure that no barriers exist when providing comprehensive investigative services. Outside of her professional role, Vicky enjoys riding the Harley with her husband, spending quality time with her family—particularly her mother and grandchildren—riding mountain bikes, and maintaining an active lifestyle through exercise.

Outside of work, Parker enjoys a variety of outdoor activities, including fishing, hunting, gardening, golfing, and riding motorcycles of all types. He also values spending quality time with his wife, making the most of his personal time in nature and with loved ones.
Deborah Marsh, also known as Debbie, brings extensive experience from her corporate background, where she developed exceptional organizational and administrative skills. Debbie’s keen attention to detail, multitasking ability, and strong communication skills make her a vital asset to our team.
